At the title screen press Up, Down, A, A, B, Left, Right, A, B, Up, A, Down, Right, Right, Left, B, Up, Left, A, Right, B, Left, Right, A, Left, Up, A, Down, A, Right, Left, B, Start.

Glitch: Double Vehicles

For any tank or helicoptor, overlap your players and press A at the same time. This creates two vehicles instead of one. However, one of the players will have a phantom vehicle that will disappear if it is exitted.
