Avoid Spells

Avoid some enemy spells by doing the following when the enemy casts their spell ... The only problem is you have to get hit to build up your Defense ability!
Wind Cutter LV1: let it pass you on the right and run behind it in a clockwise circle.
Rock LV1,2,3: either wait for the rock to appear and run left or right, or run up to the enemy and the rock will form behind you (if it is a Man Eater which ONLY has a Rock LV1 attack, once you are up to it stay there and it can't hit you--use your staff here and you won't even use any MP).
Homing Arrow LV1: run TOWARD the enemy between the center arrow and one of the outer arrows.
Homing Arrow LV2:(hard) wait for the first arrow to pass on the left and IMMEDIATELY run left, then toward the enemy and continue behind the rest of the arrows in a clockwise circle.
Frog Knight: stand back and it will use Wind Cutter LV2 only it usually won't hit you if you are far enough away (this DOESN'T usually work for other enemies with the Wind Cutter LV2 attack).
Some enemies have an attack they use up close like Hot Steam, Fire Pillar, etc. and if you stand a small distance from them, they will move in for a close attack, only they will stop short and use the attack while OUT of range.
Mammon's Pillars of Fire: pretty self evident--just run left or right.
Mammon's Homing Fireballs: get them to follow you in a circle (either clockwise OR clockwise work fine--doesn't matter).
