Avoid Flying Fortress

To avoid the impossible Flying Fortress first go to the cell with the last
POW have him enter and but take care to not knock down the top block of the
cell. Leave the cell do an about-face, and re-enter with the POW following
behind. Go to the right wall push the A button over and over while rapidly
pressing the joystick to the left then right. Rambo should begin burrowing
up through the top of the cell using his head and eventually Rambo will
reach the helicopter.
