Easier Game

Hold the joystick button down as you power on the game. Wait for two seconds, then release it. Superman won't change into Clark Kent, and the bridge won't explode. You'll still find the bridge pieces in the subway, but you won't have to worry about them. All you need to do is capture Lex Luthor and his men and return to the Daily Planet.

This bug may only work on text-label copies.

Win in 3-4 Seconds

Start the game and move to the center of the screen, about where the entrance of the Daily Planet is. Press select and wait until the Daily Planet screen appears. When it does, if you are aligned right, move. You will enter and win the game in about 3-4 seconds, not counting the minute or so it takes for that screen to appear.
