10 Lives

At the title screen press Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left, A, B, Start.

Level Select

When the title screen appears, quickly press: B, A, B, A, UP, DOWN, B, A, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A, then Start. If done correctly, the Level Select screen should appear.

Infinite Lives

For infinite lives, enter the password "AAEAULPA".

10 Lives and Level Select

At the title screen press A, B, A, B up, down, A, B, left, right, A, B.
You will start with 10 lives, and be able to select a level after choosing
a character.

Play as Splinter

To play as Splinter, press UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, A, B, A, B, SELECT at the title screen.
