Extra Money (Editting)

NOTE: This involves editing a game file, so create a backup copy of the file before proceeding.



Sell a truck in career mode, save then quit the game. Use a text editor to open metal.ini in the drive letter:4x4 evo2system directory. Locate the following lines:



careerTruckCount=0
curTruckType=0



Change the "0" to a "1" on both lines, then save the file. Restart the game and you will still have your truck plus the money that you previously sold it for.

Change Of Teams

Sell a truck in career mode, save then quit the game. Use a text editor to open the metal.ini in the drive letter:4x4 evo2system directory. Locate the line, "Team=" and use any team name of your choice to access their trucks.

Free Color Change

Change your truck color without selling and buying it again by entering multi-player and starting a LAN game with your PC as the host.



On the multiplayer set-up screen, go to the menu option that determines the player profile. Select a vehicle and a color select menu will appear. Select the desired color and exit multiplayer. When you start Career Mode again, the color you selected will be on the vehicle.

Easy Money

During gameplay, type goldfinger. Then type givememoneyordie. A sound will confirm correct entry for both phrases. This cheat will give you $1 million.
