When you start flying the Ice Caves as any fighter, slow down before the first drop at the very beginning. As you are coming down, turn your plane around and there will be a protected hole in the wall behind you. Fly through it and it takes you straight to the boss without ANY damage being done by the enemies you would normally encounter.
