8.0 Chord With No Fingers CHEAT
If an opponent uses the bomb weapon and you play a chord (two or more notes at the same time) that is long and is a bomb note, it will play itself without your fingers on the frets. You can also push any desired fret while the note is sustained, but if you strum the guitar, the note will stop and your opponent will get some of his or her meter back.

5.0 Skip Difficult Parts HINT
Here’s a great way to skip difficult parts of songs that you can’t keep up with. What’s more, your note streak and rock meter level will be unaffected. During a difficult moment you want to skip, close the lid of the DS. This will pause your game. Open the lid, and the game will continue, but the notes that were on the screen will disappear as the song proceeds. This gives you a chance to catch back up with the song. You can use this to your advantage to skip undesirable sections of songs you’re having difficulty with!

5.0 Guitar Duel Attacks HINT
- Amp Overload - The music will be temporarily muted.
- Bomb Notes - Random notes turn into bomb notes. DO NOT PLAY THESE NOTES!
- Broken String - Fix the broken string by dragging both ends together. You can't play that note until you do so.
- Camera Flash - Lights from cameras blind you for a little bit, however, you can still play.
- Difficulty Down - Your own difficulty goes down one difficulty setting.
- Difficulty Up - The opponent's difficulty is temporarily up one difficulty setting.
- Hyperspeed - The notes travel twice as fast for a little while.
- Pyrotechnics - You can't play anything until you blow the fireworks away with the DS Microphone. You have to do this even when the microphone is set to off.
- Screen Flip - The two screens temporarily switch places. You still strum and whammy on the touch screen though.
- Shield - You cannot be affected by your opponents attacks for little while.
- Signature - Sign (or scribble on) the random item shoved in front of your screen. You can't play anything until you do so.
- Steal Item - You can steal the opponent's attack that is not being used. You and your opponent cannot be affected by any ability for this one to work.

3.0 Faster Scrolling Credits HINT
If you choose the Credits option from the main menu, you can make them scroll faster and faster by strumming across the screen with your pick.
Addition submitted by Guitar Hero Legend: Pressing the Start button will get rid of the credits automatically.
